We consolidated manufacturing and inventory in one system.

Production planning used to run on spreadsheets. With the modular rollout we started with finance and inventory, then added manufacturing six months later. Critical stock alerts and work-order tracking are genuinely used on the floor. Reporting needed some consulting during the initial setup.

Strong integrations, the UI takes some getting used to.

The REST API documentation is well prepared; we completed e-invoice and bank integrations in two weeks. The UI feels crowded on dense screens, so user training is a must.

Moving module by module let us control the budget. Support response times vary by partner, so I recommend clarifying the SLA in the contract.
